Description

This is an outbuilding, formerly used as maltings or a brewhouse, dating from the 17th century. It is constructed of red brick in English bond and features a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and a garret, standing on a ragstone plinth, with a half hipped roof. There is a sash window on each floor and a casement window in the garret on the right side. A boarded door is located at the end of the right side on the longer elevation, with this right end section having been rebuilt in the 18th century. At the rear, there is a large free-standing stack.
