Description

Third quarter of 19th century, neo-Jacobean. Single storey and attic, coursers with broached ashlar dressings and filleted mullions. North elevation near symmetrical, 9 bays with shaped curvilinear gables, larger, central advanced gable with door, window and arched attic light. Central openings 2 light over transom, others mullioned and transomed

3-light with long-and short surrounds to left of central gable, timber framed to right. Curvilinear east gable 2 mullioned and transomed

3 lights, 2 arched attic lights with hoodmould over, flanking cross motifs. West gable has tall chimney breast and stepped string course. Slated roof. South elevation harled at east end, original projecting central gable, rubble with first floor bipartite and stepped coping,

modern wings, east and west.
