Description
35 Park Place in Elie is an early 19th-century building, possibly constructed in two phases. It is two storeys tall and features red coursed rubble with droved dressings on the ground floor, while the first floor is made of droved white ashlar. The building consists of three houses: numbers 35 and 37 have three windows each, with a central tripartite arrangement and blind side lights. Number 33 has two windows and includes a large arched and pilastered central entrance bay on the ground floor, along with a tripartite pilastered doorpiece and a fanlight window on the first floor. The roof is slated.
