Description

Earlier 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, piend and platform roofed villa. Harled with painted margins, base course, moulded cornice and architraved windows.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Centre pedimented and pilastered doorcase breaking eaves, door with letterbox fanlight; windows in flanking bays; slightly recessed modern garage link to outer right.

12-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows. Large grey slates. Low coped ashlar stacks with tall, polygonal cans.

BOUNDARY WALL: low saddleback-coped ashlar boundary wall to N.
