130 Kinghorn Road, Burntisland

130 Kinghorn Road in Burntisland is an earlier 19th century single-storey villa with three bays and a piend and platform roof. The exterior is harled and features a base course, cornice, and architraved windows, along with a pilastered doorcase.

The northern entrance elevation is symmetrical, showcasing a central panelled door with a plate glass fanlight above it. To the right is a standard window, while to the left is a canted ashlar window. There is a recessed link section to the outer right, which includes another panelled door with a three-pane fanlight to the right and a window to the left, with a modern rooflight above.

The sash and case windows have a 12-pane and plate glass glazing pattern. The roof is covered with graded grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks with polygonal cans.

Additionally, there is a low, saddleback-coped ashlar boundary wall to the north.
