Description

Earlier 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, piend and platform roofed, villa. Harled with painted margins, and eaves course.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Panelled centre door in cavetto surround with plate glass fanlight, windows in flanking bays; recessed stepped link wall to outer right screening lean-to addition with door to right.

12-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows. Large grey slates, coped ashlar stack to E, truncated stack to W.

BOUNDARY WALL: low, saddleback-coped ashlar boundary wall to N.
