Description
132 Kinghorn Road is an earlier 19th century single-storey villa featuring three bays and a piend and platform roof. The exterior is harled with painted margins and an eaves course.
The north elevation, which serves as the entrance, is symmetrical. It has a panelled central door set in a cavetto surround, topped with a plate glass fanlight, and flanked by windows in the outer bays. To the right, there is a recessed stepped link wall that screens a lean-to addition, which has a door to the right.
The villa's sash and case windows have a 12-pane glazing pattern. The roof is covered with large grey slates, and there is a coped ashlar stack to the east and a truncated stack to the west.
Additionally, there is a low boundary wall to the north, which is saddleback-coped and made of ashlar.
