128 Kinghorn Road, Burntisland

128 Kinghorn Road in Burntisland is an earlier 19th-century single-storey villa featuring three bays and a piend and platform roof. It is adjacent to No 130 on the east. The villa has a pilastered doorcase with a dentilled cornice and is harled with painted margins and architraved windows.

The north elevation, which serves as the entrance, is symmetrical, featuring a panelled door with a plate glass fanlight in the center and windows in the flanking bays. The west elevation includes a pitch-roofed extension with two windows and an adjoining boundary wall to the south.

The sash and case windows have a 12-pane and plate glass glazing pattern. The roof is covered with graded grey slates, and there is a coped ashlar stack with a polygonal can and a cement-rendered stack.

The boundary walls consist of a low saddleback-coped, harled wall to the north and a coped random rubble wall with two doors to the west.
