Description

Earlier 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, piend and platform roofed villa (adjoining No 130 to E). Pilastered doorcase with dentilled cornice. Harled with painted margins and architraved windows.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Panelled door with plate glass fanlight at centre, windows in flanking bays.

W ELEVATION: pitch-roofed extension with 2 windows and adjoining boundary wall to S.

12-pane and plate glass glazing pattern in sash and case windows. Graded grey slates. Coped ashlar stack with polygonal can and cement-rendered stack.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low saddleback-coped, harled boundary wall to N; coped random rubble boundary wall with 2 doors to W.
