Earlier 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, piend and platform roofed villa. Harled with painted margins, base course, moulded eaves cornice and architraved windows.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: panelled centre door with plate glass fanlight and block pediment above eaves; windows in flanking bays; slightly recessed link wall to outer right with garage door.

Plate glass glazing in sash and windows. Grey slates with coped ashlar stacks.

BOUNDARY WALL: low saddleback-coped ashlar boundary wall to N.
