Description
This building, located at 136 Kinghorn Road in Burntisland, is an earlier 19th-century single-storey villa featuring three bays and a piend and platform roof. The exterior is harled with painted margins, a base course, a moulded eaves cornice, and architraved windows.
On the north elevation, there is a panelled central door with a plate glass fanlight and a block pediment above the eaves. Flanking windows are present on either side, and there is a slightly recessed link wall to the outer right that includes a garage door.
The windows are fitted with plate glass glazing in sash style. The roof is covered with grey slates and has coped ashlar stacks.
Additionally, there is a low saddleback-coped ashlar boundary wall to the north.
