Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, piend-roofed villa with large pilastered and corniced doorpiece to centre. Painted rubble with ashlar dressings and raised margins. Moulded eaves cornice. To rear centre, full-height bowed stair projection with conical cap. Lean-to porch addition at left re-entrant angle. Small walled garden to rear adjoining wall of railway viaduct embankment.

Predominantly 12-pane glazing to timber sash and case windows. Grey slate. Tall, coped end stacks with round and octagonal clay cans. Cast-iron rainwater goods. Coped boundary wall adjoining property to rear.

INTERIOR: Cast-iron banisters and timber handrail to stair. Some fire surrounds to principal rooms. Undergoing conversion to twin occupancy residence (2009).
