Early 19th century. 3-storey with attic, 3-bay small tenement with shops at ground. Painted droved ashlar. Cill courses and eaves cornice with small blocking course.

S (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: ground floor with 2 modern shops and pend entrance to outer right. 3 windows to each floor above and piended, slated dormer windows over outer bays.

12- and 16-pane glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with some cans.
