Description

This is an 18th century house, altered with a later porch. It is a two-storey, three-window building finished in ochre harl with margins, and has a pantiled roof. The building has group value due to its proximity to the Romanesque section of the church, and the listing reflects specifically this group interest, encompassing both the interior and exterior. Former buildings 454, 457-60, and 463 in the vicinity are now demolished or reconstructed. The statutory address is 'Seaview', 9 Pitlethie Road.
