Description
These are later 18th century gate piers, situated on Largo Road in Upper Largo. They consist of two large, square piers constructed of vermiculated ashlar. Each pier has bands in a Greek key pattern below the cornices, which are topped with eagle finials. Very low quadrant walls of rubble construction connect the piers and house cast-iron railings.
