Description

Eaglegate Lodge is a late 18th and early 19th century building with later alterations. It is a single-storey structure built of pinned whin rubble with long and short ashlar dressings. The south end of the building is bowed, and originally featured a tripartite window arrangement; the two outer lights are now blocked. The east elevation has a doorway and three windows, with the window to the right of the door having been enlarged. The roof is piended and covered in slate, with two corniced ashlar stacks. The rear elevation is of rubble and harled construction. There are also outshots attached to the building.
