18th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Harled with dressed stone surrounds to openings.

SW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: central replacement door; flanking windows. 3 1st floor windows centred above. Modern (mid 1970's) glazed porch; door in right return.

NW ELEVATION: plain gable.

NE ELEVATION: not seen, 2000. Outshot to rear.

SE ELEVATION: attached to 9 Red Row.

INTERIOR: not seen, 2000.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Modern red pantiles; raised skews; corniced gable apex stacks. Tiled porch roof.
