Description
Seaview, located at 8 Red Row in Limekilns, is an 18th-century, two-storey, three-bay house. The exterior is harled with dressed stone surrounds around the openings.
On the southwest elevation, there is a central replacement door flanked by windows, with three first-floor windows centered above. A modern glazed porch from the mid-1970s is present, with a door on the right return. The northwest elevation features a plain gable. The northeast elevation was not seen in 2000 and has an outshot to the rear. The southeast elevation is attached to 9 Red Row.
The interior was not seen in 2000. The house has four-pane timber sash and case windows, a modern red pantile roof, raised skews, and corniced gable apex stacks, along with a tiled porch roof.
