3 Warrington Court, Limekilns

3 Warrington Court in Limekilns is a late 18th century, symmetrical, two-storey, three-bay house. It is painted white and features painted stone surrounds around the openings, a raised eaves course, and vertical margins on the main elevation.

On the south entrance elevation, there is a central timber two-leaf door flanked by ground floor windows, with three first floor windows centered above. The west elevation has a plain gable with a chamfered quoin on the right side. The north elevation was not seen as of 2000, and the east elevation is attached to a separate building.

The interior was also not seen in 2000. The house has replacement two-pane sash and case windows, a pitched slate roof with raised skews, scroll skewputts, and gable apex stacks.
