Description

Earlier 19th century, with later addition. 2 storey, 3 bay house in terraced pair. Ashlar, random rubble and harl with rusticated quoins and polished margins. Eaves cornice. Architraved openings, those to S corniced with fluted frieze at ground.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Deep set modern door in corniced doorcase at centre, windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration at 1st floor.

W ELEVATION: window to right of centre at 1st floor, small attic window off centre right and broad gablehead stack.

N ELEVATION: largely obscured. Low, flat roofed extension at ground, modern window to right at 1st floor.

Top opening modern windows. Brown pantiles. Cavetto coped ashlar stacks with clay cans; ashlar coped skews with decorative scroll skewputts; thackstanes.

BOUNDARY WALL, GATE AND RAILINGS: coped rubble boundary wall with decorative cast iron gate and railings.
