Description
Grove Terrace, Dura Den, comprises a pair of mid-19th century terraced tenement blocks. The buildings are two storeys in height, with a four-bay facade to the left and a three-bay facade to the right. They are constructed of snecked rubble with ashlar dressings, featuring gabled roofs covered in pantiles. Rectangular stacks are corniced at both the centre and ends. The first-floor tenement houses are accessed via a railed terrace at the rear. A cartshed with a segmental head is incorporated into the north wall. The buildings form a group with Grove House and were depicted on an Ordnance Survey map from 1856. The statutory address is Grove Terrace, Dura Den.
