Description

This is a mid-19th century cottage, originally part of the Yoolfield Works. The cottage is a rectangular, single-story building with an irregular arrangement of windows. It is constructed of rubble stone, has a hipped slate roof, and tall brick stacks. Much of the original Yoolfield Works has been demolished, leaving only remnants including a cut-down rubble building, an intact one-room office, and a large square section chimney. The cottage forms part of a group value context. The statutory address is Yoolfield Bridge, Cottage.
