Description
A row of three single-storey terraced houses dating to the 1830s. The houses are built of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings, and originally had pantiled, bracketed open timber porches. They have gabled roofs covered in slate, with rectangular stacks featuring a block cornice. Number 9 has a single window to the left of the door and two windows to the right, and a felt-tiled roof. Number 11’s plan is reversed and has a tiled roof. Number 12 is a three-bay house with a central door, and a tiled roof. The statutory address of the houses is Yoolfield Crescent, numbers 9 to 12 (excluding number 10).
