Description
The Vaults at Dunbar Golf Links is possibly an 18th-century building constructed from random rubble sandstone, featuring brick repairs and formerly harled surfaces. It is a single-storey, gabled rectangular structure with crowsteps and pantiles. The west side has a projecting stone wall that contains a semi-circular arched recess. There is a blocked window on the east elevation, along with a sparse modern lean-to attached to it. The north gable has a wide opening supported by a steel lintel. A partial flight of steps remains from a former forestair on the projecting wall of the east gable. Inside, there is a vaulted stone ceiling.
