Description

17 Kilwinning Place is a late 18th century, two-storey flatted house block that features a harled exterior with raised margins around the windows and doors. A forestair leads up to a central door on the first floor, which is flanked by two windows on each side. The ground floor has two doors, each surrounded by a window on either side, with one window located under the stair landing, where the forestair rakes across one of the windows. The building is topped with pantiled roofs that have pitch changes at the central skew, as well as at the end and central stacks.
