Description

This building at 133 and 135 High Street in Musselburgh dates from the mid-19th century and stands three storeys tall, featuring shops on the ground floor. It has a ridge slate roof with end stacks and is constructed from coursed rubble. A continuous modern shop fascia extends up to the first floor cills. The pilasters of the doorpiece in the second bay from the left are still visible, although the entablature is obscured by the fascia. The windows are reglazed single pane sashes.
