Description

The Game Larders, located at Hungary House within the Gosford House estate, date to the early to mid-19th century. They consist of two freestanding, square game larders situated to the north of the dog kennels. Each larder has doors featuring painted astragals, and all sides are fitted with louvred panels. The roofs are pyramidal, with overhanging eaves and a lead covering. Square, wooden louvred ventilators are also present. These larders are part of a wider group of buildings associated with Gosford Estate.
