Description

Mid 18th century. Single storey, deep basement and attic

symmetrical 3-bay house. Random rubble with painted, raised

ashlar margins.

FRONT ELEVATION: doorway approached by flight of steps

oversailing recess, with wrought-iron railings continuing

along front. Segmentally arched pend to right. 2 splayed,

canted 3-light, 19th century slate-hung dormers. Dormers at

rear. Variety of glazing patterns. Slate roof; plain raised

skews. Mutual gable stacks, raised in brick.
