Description

Circa 1840. Single storey, rectangular-plan gabled

cottage, with probably later piend-roofed addition to N.

Stugged pink sandstone with ashlar dressings; base and

eaves courses; chamfered reveals.

Timber mullioned tripartite windows, 1 off-centre to right

of S elevation, 1 on each of end gables with arrow-slits

in apex. Piend-roofed addition at N to W.

Horizontal-pane glazing pattern to sash and case windows,

diamond-pane to W window. Purple slates. Gablet coped

parapet skews and skewputts.
