Description

Dated 1913. 2-storey, irregular 3-bay house. Squared and

snecked sandstone to principal elevations, with stugged

and droved ashlar dressings; rubble rear. Stone

mullions.

Rectangular stone, gabled porch projecting at centre of

principal elevation; panelled door with decorative,

small-pane upper panel. Wide gabled bay to right,

slightly advanced, with canted, piend-roofed window at

ground and bipartite at 1st floor; tripartite at ground

to left and narrower tripartite above, with hoodmoulded

dated panel in between.

Side elevations each of 2 gabled bays; bipartite windows

to both floors of each bay on E elevation; wider, blank

bay to S of W elevation, and bipartite and single window

in narrower bay.

Rear elevation of 3 bays, with wider and narrower gabled

bays to left and centre, respectively, with irregular

openings; single storey bays to outer right, with

doorway.

Plate glass glazing pattern to sash and case windows.

Decorative timber barge boarding to gableheads and

finials. Purple slates. Corniced stone stacks.
