Circa 1850. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay coursed rubble house.

Elevation to street: single storey and basement due to slope

of land, 1st floor door approached by steps, single windows

to each side and small window later inserted.

S elevation: 2-storey and basement. Central door with cornice

and railed steps, right bay advanced and pedimented

with small square window in tympanum, ground floor window

with apron and cornice. Left bay has circa 1880 canted

windows rising through all floors, rendered. Small dormer.

Windows mainly 4-pane sash and case. Slate roof, skewputts,

gable end stacks, larger where shared with No 416-8 Perth

Road.

Wrought- and cast-iron railings to Perth Road.
