Description

Circa 1800. Single storey and basement, 2-storey to S due

to slope of land, 3-bay flatted house, rubble-built, later

rendered. Small windows with simple margins.

Elevation to street: 1st floor entered by central stone

platform with wrought-iron railings. 4-window ground and

2-window 1st floor, each with central door.

S elevation: door now blocked, 4 ground and 3 1st floor

windows. Wallhead raised gable with small off-centre window,

stack removed. W gable adjoins No 428 Perth Road, E gable

has tall stack and raised skews, so roof possibly originally

thatched, now slated. Sash and case windows with later single

pane glazing.

Shell of adjoining outhouse to E with blocked margined

windows.

Low walls to Perth Road.
