Circa 1840. 2-storey, 3-bay rubble-built house.

ELEVATION TO STREET: whitewashed. 1st floor door entered by stone steps with wrought-iron barley-sugar railings, ground floor door below, window to each side.

S ELEVATION: full 2-storey, 3-bay with 2 later 19th century dormers. Tall gable end stacks, skews, slate roof.

Sash and case windows 12-pane glazing pattern to S, later single panes to road.

Wrought-iron railings to Perth Road.
