Description

Circa 1830-40. 2-storey (sunk basement to Road) 3-bay house, coursed rubble to road, random rubble-built to W and S.

Elevation to Road: 1st floor door approached by stone

platform, single windows to either side, small window later

inserted.

S elevation: simple 2-storey, 3-bay, central door, no

detailing. Modern dormer.

Slate roof, skewputts and end stack to W gable, E gable

shared with No 414 Perth Road.

Windows original 12-pane sash and case to S, altered 2-pane

sash and case glazing to N.

Wrought- and cast-iron railings to Perth Road.
