Charles and Leslie Ower circa 1890. 2-storey and attic semi-detached villa. Ashlar front, snecked rubble rear. 2-bay elevation to street, right-hand bay canted. Bay to left pilastered bipartite with cornice at ground. Doorpiece set-back to right with arched fan light. Gabled slate roof with bracketted eaves. Round-arched bipartite and canted dormers on colonettes with pierced bargeboarding. Gable-end stacks rebuilt. Windows sash and case, 2-pane glazing pattern. Rubble-built boundary walls with square pyramidal-capped gatepiers and wrought-iron railings with cast-iron finials to street and to sides, partly replaced post-war.
