Description
32, 33, 34 Dock Street is a three-storey and attic, five-bay commercial building designed in the style of George Mathewson, dating from the earlier 19th century. It is constructed of sandstone ashlar and features a grey slate roof.
The front elevation has a modern aluminum and tiled shopfront on the ground floor. The first floor contains five windows with cut-back architraved and corniced designs, although the glazing has been altered. The second floor features five margined windows, and there is a corniced parapet above. The building also includes two canted dormers. The interior has not been seen.
