Description

Mid 19th century; top storey slightly later. 5-storey and basement, 3-bay commercial building. Sandstone coursers, flat roof. Band course to 4th floor (formerly eaves course), coped wallhead; single and bipartite margined windows, 2-pane timber sash and case glazing.

FRONT ELEVATION: modern shopfront to ground floor, bipartite window to centre flanked by single windows to left and right at upper floors, further smaller window to far right at 1st-3rd floors.

REAR ELEVATION: basement and ground floors openings blocked, bipartite flanked by single windows to upper floors, fire escape to right.

INTERIOR: not seen.
