Description

The Lammerton Road Bridge, dated 1783 and 1856, is a two-arch structure made of ashlar and rubble sandstone. It features segmental arches with smooth ashlar voussoirs, which are marked with the dates 17 and 18 at the southern keystones. The bridge has cutwaters, with a crude date of 1856 inscribed on the northern side. Additionally, there are numerous mason's marks present, and the bridge is topped with coped parapets that are heightened at the northern end.
