Description

Circa 1800. 2-storey and attic, 4-bayed flatted block; originally 3-bay, door at centre; 1st floor added to close at right and stairwell at rear circa 1845. Rendered and lined, slate roof, brick and stone stacks.

S ELEVATION: base course; door with narrow transom-light, flanking 8-lying–pane sash and case windows, close at right; 2 similar windows at 1st floor, symmetrically arranged, two 2-pane sash and case at right. Piended dormer at left, box dormer at right; mutual skew gable and ridge stone stack at left, small brick stack attached.

N ELEVATION: central advanced stairwell with piended roof, long 12-lying-pane margined window; decorative cast-iron balusters at 1st floor interier.
