Description

Circa 1875, neo-Jacobean. 2-storey and attic symmetrical reversed plan semi-detached, ashlar fronted rubble built sides and rear.

Central curvilinear chimney gable over paired doorpieces with single light windows over, pair small arched lights in gable; canted bays through both floors left and right, fish-scale roofs bearing canted dormers with arched lights, front face of no 14 altered to square headed.

Single pane sashes, slated roof; end stacks.

Garden terrace fronted by gothic arcaded balustrade.

Low front retaining walls, high walls to Constitution Street, broken by garaging.
