14 Constitution Terrace, Dundee

14 Constitution Terrace in Dundee is a neo-Jacobean semi-detached house built around 1875. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring a symmetrical reversed plan with an ashlar front and rubble-built sides and rear.

The building has a central curvilinear chimney gable above paired doorpieces, with single light windows above them. There are small arched lights in the gable, and canted bays on both floors to the left and right. The fish-scale roofs have canted dormers with arched lights, while the front face of number 14 has been altered to have square-headed windows.

The house has single pane sash windows and a slated roof with end stacks. The garden terrace is fronted by a gothic arcaded balustrade, and there are low retaining walls in front, with high walls along Constitution Street, which are interrupted by garaging.
