Description
15 King Street in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, is an early 19th century single-storey, three-bay cottage. It is constructed from rubble masonry with pinnings, featuring cement and ashlar dressings, and has a slate roof with a harled stack and uPVC guttering.
On the south elevation, there is a central margined door with a narrow transom light above it. To the left, there is a 12-pane sash and case window with painted dressings, and to the right, a 4-pane window. The roof also includes a central rooflight, and the left skew gable has a skewputt and a coped gable stack.
