Description
17 King Street is an early 19th-century single-storey, three-bay cottage located in Broughty Ferry, Dundee. The building features rubble masonry with pinnings, cement dressings, and a slate roof, along with a harled stack that has two tapered cans.
On the southeast elevation, there is a central margined door with a narrow transom light, flanked by 12-pane sash and case windows. A central rooflight is present, and there is a coped ridge stack on the left side.
