Early 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay cottage. Rubble masonry with pinnings, cement dressings, slate roof, harled stack with 2 tapered cans.

S ELEVATION: central margined door with narrow transom-light, flanking 12-pane sash and case windows. Central rooflight, coped ridge stack at left.
