92 Grove Road, West Ferry, Dundee

92 Grove Road in West Ferry, Dundee, is an early 20th-century pair of houses that are two stories tall with an attic, each featuring three bays and an L-plan layout in mirror image. The exterior is constructed of rubble with white painted harl and a red tile roof. The houses have a bull-faced sandstone base course, ashlar cills and mullions, and sash and case windows, mostly with multi-pane designs at the top. They feature deep eaves, plain bargeboards, and exposed rafter ends, along with tall battered stacks topped with terracotta cans.

On the west elevation of number 92, there is a gable at the left side and a two-leaf round-headed door to the left, which is topped by a bracketed timber hood. To the right, there is a bipartite window on the first floor and a tripartite canted window with a shallow facetted roof. The right side also has a recessed bay with a bipartite window, a swept roof forming a verandah, and a shallow tripartite dormer above.

The north elevation features three windows at the ground floor and a stair window above. The east elevation has ground floor additions, two windows on the first floor, and a window in the attic gable.
