Description

Milton Farmhouse is an earlier 19th-century farmhouse, originally of three bays with two storeys. It is unusually deep in plan and features asymmetrical rear wings. The construction is of painted rubble with contrasting ashlar margins. A pedimented doorway is centrally positioned, with a modern door and fanlight; the doorway also has elongated consoles. The windows are plate glass sashes, and the roof is slate with straight skews and end stacks. The building's category was changed from B to C(S).
