Description
Over Airies is an 18th century, two-storey farmhouse constructed of painted rubble. The building features a symmetrical five-bay front elevation, with the central three bays advanced and gabled. The windows have raised painted margins, including two original sash and case windows with 12-pane glazing, while the remaining windows are made of uPVC plate glass. The gable tympanum displays a pair of blind oculi. The rear elevation has a smaller central gable and three windows with modern glazing. To the left, there is a single-storey painted rubble wing. The farmhouse has very thick walls, coped end stacks with octagonal cans, and slate roofs. There are also two large rooflights at the front and cast-iron rainwater goods.
