Description

This is a late 18th century cottage, originally a single storey and two bays wide. The exterior walls are of painted rubble with raised margins. It features sash and case windows centrally and a modern door located to the outer right. There is an ashlar coping to the mutual skew on the left side. The cottage has mutual gable stacks topped with thackstanes, and is roofed with grey slates. A rooflight is present, and the rainwater goods are of UPVC. It is an unassuming but historically interesting cottage that warrants preservation.
