Leeholm Currie House, Kingholm Road, Kingholm Quay

Leeholm Currie House is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house that was originally built as a mid-terrace unit. The house is constructed from rubble with ashlar dressings and tusking, and it is painted with contrasting margins. An adjoining house, which is brick-built but otherwise identical, was added to the north, likely in the mid-19th century. Each house features a central door with a rectangular fanlight, sash windows with four-pane glazing, and end stacks. There is a forestair at the rear (east) and a door in the north gable. The house has straight skews and a continuous slate roof. In front of both houses, there is a small low-walled garden.
