Description

Clauchan Cottage is an early 19th century single-storey cottage, originally built as a pair of three-bay cottages, and now serving as a single dwelling. The cottage has a door centrally located on the east side. All windows are sash and case, with 12-pane glazing. The rear elevation features a bipartite window on the east side, with the remaining windows being single-light and also with 12-pane glazing. A modern, partially glazed porch has been added to the rear. The cottage has coped end and axial stacks, and slate roofs.
