Early 19th century, 2-storey picturesque cottage, at E

abutting rubble wall to large garden.

Cottage: 2-storey, 3-bay single storey and attic,

rubble-built cottage with polished red sandstone dressings.

Ogee canopy/porch to centre flanked by single light windows.

To 1st, 2 pointed-arch dormers, all sash and case with

small-pane glazing.

Crowstepped gables, tall axial stacks, slate roofs with

ceramic ridge.

Walled garden: tall rubble wall with red sandstone coping.
