Description
Cairnview is an earlier or mid 19th century single-storey, three-bay piend-roofed cottage. It is constructed of rubble with red ashlar dressings and incorporates Tudor hood-moulds. The central doorway features a fanlight, and the casement windows have lying-pane glazing. A central ridge stack is present, with three corniced square flues, and the roof is covered in slate. A modern lean-to has been added, along with a modern replacement window to the west flank. Statutory address: Cairnview.
