Description
Greengate Close, located at 44 High Street in Kirkcudbright, is a group of early 18th century houses. It consists of two storeys and three bays, with three houses on the south side and two that have now been united on the north side. The buildings are constructed of lime-washed rubble, with the rear sides left unpainted, featuring window alterations and dormers. The central doors are present, and some of the windows are 12-pane sashes. There is a roofless barn at the southwest.
