Description

63 High Street in Kirkcudbright is a former United Presbyterian Church built in 1822, featuring Gothic architectural details. The building has a rectangular-plan hall with a later added projecting porch. It is constructed of droved ashlar with polished dressings and quoins, all of which are painted. The façade includes three tall pointed-arched windows with hoodmoulds and simplified perpendicular tracery. At the top, there is a parapet and a piended slate roof. The forecourt is enclosed by arrowhead cast-iron railings.
