Description
52 High Street in Kirkcudbright is an early 19th century terraced house that has undergone later alterations. It stands two stories tall with an attic and features three bays. The exterior is finished in painted render. A central door is flanked by two-storey canted windows. There is a continuous cornice above the ground floor windows, which is bracketed over the door. All windows are made of plate glass and have chamfered reveals. A small plaque is located between the first floor windows. The house also has one piended, canted dormer and end stacks, topped with a slate roof.
