Description

Auchinleck Bridge is an early 19th century structure that was rebuilt in 1989. It serves as a vehicular bridge over the Penkiln Burn and is oriented on an east-west axis. The bridge features a single span with a low segmental arch. It is constructed of rubble, with granite voussoirs, abutments, and slab coping. Inside the northern parapet, there is a plaque inscribed with "Rebuilt 1989."
